Tokugawa Clan is a private group of SamuraiGG aiming to back high potential projects in early stages at the VC (Venture Capital) level. It basically shares the private sale slot of SamuraiGG team to other SamuraiGG members in a systematic way.

Before a project can reach Tokugawa Clan, it will go through a KYC and audit process, then verified by SamuraiGG Team in person. Once a project passed the verification step, it can display the logo of SamuraiGG as an official backer on its official website.

On the other hand, when a deal is settled, SamuraiGG will open a form on Tokugawa Clan and announce on Shingen-ko Matsuri. Only users with Samurai badge and above are eligible to join. The next step is to register on SamuraiGG app, it will walk registrant through a KYC step and provide specific rules of Tokugawa Clan. Members who passed the KYC process can start depositing to Tokugawa Clan's fund. The step of submitting KYC only happens once in the first attempt.

Once a private sale event ended, participants will receive an amount of token based on their previous contribution to the fund.
